The Philippine Women's University – School of Fine Arts and Design (PWU-SFAD) is the academic institution of Fine Arts and Design of the Philippine Women's University. (PWU-SFAD ) is located along one city block in the district of Malate in the City of Manila bounded by Taft Avenue and the streets of Malvar, Nakpil and Leon Guinto. PWU-SFAD is an established Fine Arts and Design school in the Philippines with a reputation of excellence among the art schools of the country. In 2004, the Philippine Women's University was among the country’s top Universities, with PWU-SFAD's continuous achievement and outstanding contributions in major art competitions in the country, one of which is having a large number of winners in the 4th Art Petron competition.
